The Fund invests in a portfolio of high-quality, short-term obligations of the U.S. Treasury and Treasury repurchase agreements designed to allow the Fund to maintain a stable net asset value of $1.00 per share.

The dividend yield paid by the Fund will vary with changes in short-term interest rates.
