The Fund invests in a variety of high quality, short-term obligations issued or guaranteed by the U.S. government designed to allow the Fund to maintain a stable net asset value of $1.00 per share. These instruments include Treasury bills, notes, bonds and certificates of indebtedness as well as securities issued or guaranteed by agencies, authorities, instrumentalities or sponsored enterprises of the U.S. government.

INVESTMENT RISK

The dividend yield paid by the Fund will vary with changes in short-term interest rates. An investment in a money market fund is not insured or guaranteed by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation or any other government agency. Although the Fund seeks to preserve the value of your investment at $1.00 per share, it is possible to lose money by investing in the funds.
