This Fund may purchase debt securities issued by eligible holding companies or depository institutions which participate in the Debt Guarantee Program of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (“FDIC”) Temporary Liquidity Guarantee Program (“TLGP”). When doing so, such securities are FDIC insured in the case of issuer default and are considered U.S. Government Obligations. These securities may be identified in the list of all holdings by the designation of (TLGP) (FDIC) as a part of the security name. The security type will also reflect the explicit government guarantee as an agency obligation. The issuer is identified as the underlying holding company or depository institution.
